Test Sessions
The June test session is full. Please contact testchair@scnv.org for availability or questions.

Would you like to try your hand at judging figure skaters?
The Washington Figure Skating Club (WFSC) will offer “Introduction to Judging,” and event tailored to experienced skaters ages 16 to 22 years.

This introductory seminar will take place on Sunday, June 2nd at SkateQuest Reston from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and is a no-risk way to learn more about the process of judging and becoming a judge.

The session will include the following:

  • Mock judging of actual tests
  • IJS competition judging — putting you on the spot and discussing the results
  • Information on becoming a judge
  • How to register to be a trial judge

Space is limited. You must register if you plan to attend. For questions, please contact wfscmiftest@gmail.com.
