Join us at Prince William Ice Arena on Sunday, November 5 from 8:30AM – 12:20PM for a full morning of skating, stretching, instruction, and education! Led by experienced coaches, this on-ice and off-ice seminar, geared to low to mid-level adult skaters, will reinforce techniques to improve the quality of your skating!
Each skater will receive 40 minutes of an on-ice group stroking class, 40 minutes of an off-ice ballet class, and an additional 40 minutes of open freestyle to practice skating skills. A US Figure Skating sectional-level judge and technical specialist will conclude the programming, providing insight on the International Judging System (IJS) and answering all of your questions about scoring.
