This flow-based stroking class promises to strengthen your fundamentals of skating, deepen edge control and bring artistry into every push and glide. Coach Ross will focus on power, edge quality, and musical movement to build your confidence and precision.
–Geared to skaters comfortable with crossovers in all directions and 3-turns.
–The class starts promptly at 11:20am on the ice. Please arrive early to get skates on so you benefit from the full 40-minute class.

Description
Coach Ross Lansel started skating at the age of three in British Columbia. He was a Provincial gold medalist (equivalent to South Atlantics Regional), a National competitor, and a principal with Disney on Ice. Ross has coached Olympic, International, and National competitors. He specializes in jump technique using the pole and track harness, combined with specific skating techniques and drills.
