NQS Send-Off Showcase and Rising Stars – 10/25

You’re invited to join us for the NQS Send-Off Showcase and Rising Stars on Saturday, October 25th, from 6:30–7:30 PM at the Prince William Ice Center!

Come celebrate the hard work, dedication, and progress of all our skaters who participated in the National Qualifying Series (NQS) this season, as well as our inspiring Rising Stars who are developing their skills and passion for the sport.

Enjoy an exciting evening of performances from our skaters, and help us cheer on Scarlett and Jesse, who will be representing SCNV at Eastern Sectionals!

This is a wonderful opportunity to show your support for every member of our skating community—each skater’s journey and effort are what make our club shine. Please contact natalie@scnv.org.

National Blades – SASSI – 11/1

National Blades is hosting their annual Stars and Stripes Synchronized Skating Invitational on 11/1 at PWIC. Click here for the volunteer Sign-up Genius.

Questions/comments? Please contact Coach Teresa Yuengert at synchro@scnv.org.

Virtual Test Session – 11/13

Our last test session for the Fall of 2025 is a virtual one. Singles, Skating Skills, and Solo and Partnered Pattern Dance will be available, for standard, adult and adaptive tracks. Test sessions are:

  • Virtual: Videos must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13.
Registration is on EntryEeze in your account under Test Sessions.

Our Saturday morning club ice is a great time to film your virtual test with minimal skater crowds and distractions. Got questions? Please contact Jenn Rafael at testchair@scnv.org.

Out-of-Club Testing: You are required to have permission-to-test letter from SCNV every time you register for an out-of-club test. Each member in good standing is able to access a personalized permission letter by logging into your EntryEeze account.

Once you log you, go to “Manage my Family,” select the skater who is testing, and you should see a large “Download Permission Form” button under Personal Information. Click it and a PDF will be downloaded to your computer.
