National Blades Try-It Sessions – 3/4 to 3/25
National Blades have synchronized skating teams try-it sessions at Haymarket Iceplex on Saturdays, 3/4 to 3/25 from 9:00 to 9:50 AM. Skill ranges from Basic 3 to Pre-Freestyle levels for ages 6 to 17 years old. Registration opens 1/15 at www.nationalblades.com. Contact synchro@scnv.org for details.

Test Session Critique – 4/15
In support of our skaters as they prepare for their 2023-24 competition season, SCNV is excited to offer our second annual a free skate critique session on April 15th at Prince William Ice Center. This event is free to all members. Registration deadline is 3/31.

Each skater will have the opportunity to skate his/her program and be critiqued by one of our US Figure Skating judges as well as one of our US Figure Skating technical panel official if appropriate. It is our hope that this will provide our skaters an opportunity to get valuable feedback about their new programs.

We will make sure that each skater will get an opportunity for this important event. Coaches, please email thuthuy@scnv.org if your skaters are unable to register.

Jr. Board News
Although there is no Valentine’s Day party this year, please stay tuned for an outdoor skating event instead. Plans are set for a spirit week and a fundraiser in the near future.

Questions? Please contact Alexandra at alexandra@scnv.org.
