Join Dr. Caroline Silby via Zoom for a discussion to help you or your child athlete best prepare for competition. She will address the role of parents and coaches at competition as well. Dr. Silby holds a Doctorate and Master’s degree in Sports Psychology from the University of Virginia. She is a nationally recognized expert on the development of elite athletes, serving as the sport psychology consultant for the US Figure Skating national team and previously, the sport psychologist for US Figure Skating at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic games.
